Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction — and your dog's comfort — matter to us. If something isn't right, we make returns simple and fair.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For the health and safety of all pets, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Opened shampoos, conditioners, and grooming sprays
• Used grooming pads and training pads
• Items showing signs of use or pet hair/odor

Unopened, sealed versions of these items are fully returnable within the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a defect, we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original. Just email us photos at info@minigoldendoodleshome.com within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@minigoldendoodleshome.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange it. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap at no extra shipping cost.
